Such cavities occur crystals of calcite, hematite, siderite or zeolites. Agate’s level of transparency varies from almost transparent to opaque. The palette of colors is very rich – color stripes can have different colors and shades : black, white, pink, red, gray and blue. The most common is a blue-gray color palette.
